TravelWell™ believes in Social Responsibility. Giving back and supporting what you believe in supports us all. Consider this; by using TravelWell™ for your major meetings and events, you positively impact communities, causes and peoples’ lives. In good times or bad you can always give back. Using TravelWell™ makes better use of your time, money and resources while you spend your meeting dollars responsibly.
TravelWell™ Community Involvement Initiative:
- A percentage of TravelWell™ earnings from your qualifying meeting or convention will be donated to the Charity or non-profit of your choice in your name.
- You benefit from positive PR and the community benefits from tangible support.
- If you are a non-profit organization, you can make the donation to your own charitable arm, or even use it to defray your meeting costs or support your operations.
- Meetings, conventions and events generating $100,000 or more in actualized room revenue qualify for participation in this program
- Minimum donation will be 10% of TravelWell™ earnings from the meeting, convention or event
- A sliding scale will be applied to larger events up to a maximum donation of 30% of TravelWell™ earnings with $300,000 in actualized room revenue
